Taking Care of Y(our)selves in the College Transition

This workshop for first year college students will explore issues they may face during the transition to college. We will examine how prejudice and disparities in access can impact mental health, and discuss holistic approaches to care and support. Participants will learn to identify stressors, and explore individual, campus, and community resources and strategies to manage stress and seek support.
